How does keystroke biometric work?
Keystroke biometric works as the system measures the time for which keys are held down and the length between strokes. When a person registers, the user types his/her details nine times so that the software can generate a profile. Future log in attempts are measured against the profile.
How is this technology being used?
Online retailers and bankers:
- the user will enter a phrase and it will be compared to the saved data, if it's confirmed, access will be granted
